   I popped in last Friday to get a Christmas present and feel I need to praise the young man on the desk. I chose a dartboard and he was so polite taking payment. Offered to carry the board to my car, although I declined as had popped out of work and could carry it back to Duke Street. The service was outstanding and it was a pleasure to be served by someone going above and beyond

   Was excited to go in and get a few bits but was such a letdown as the staff were beyond terrible. It was almost impossible to get them to help you with any info or recommendations. For instance, I needed some no.6 flights - despite four sullen youths behind the desk, all I could get was a resentful "over there somewhere" from one of them in reply. And over there, nothing was labelled so i couldn't find it. You wouldn't expect it but the customer service is atrocious, have they forgotten they are a shop? Could do with some lessons in how to treat customers asap. Won't be back.

   Visited last week whilst in the area as I know this is a popular darts shop. I bought a Scolia system as I know they have one set up to demonstrate. I bought a few other bits and the staff were really helpful and friendly. I look forward to seeing the new shop when next in the area.

   Everything you need for darts is in this shop. The staff are very helpful in providing advice to absolute novices and those that are a bit rusty. You can try out the darts to see if they are the right one for you before making your purchase.

   Went here this morning and honestly can’t recommend it enough. The guy knows his stuff we spent an hour chatting and gave me so many helpful tips. If like me you’re a novice this is the only place to go. They advice weights ,shapes and even let you try them out.
