   Since discovering this Odeon Luxe, I genuinely can’t imagine going to any other cinema. The level of comfort is unmatched and completely changes the movie-going experience. The seats are incredibly comfortable, the screens are impressively large, and the popcorn is amazingly tasty. The bar options are also a great touch. I absolutely love it! It has completely changed the way I look at going to the cinema. Highly recommended!

   Super comfortable, screen and sound system is great! I would definitely recommend for long movies as it makes a huge difference. Majority of the staff are really unhelpful and rude. There were a couple ladies that were helpful and wanted to do a good job. A lot of the guys behind the counter just blatantly ignore you when you’re talking to them, one of them had his earphones in and I had to call for help like 7 times.

   As a cinema is looks good, in good condition and the staff is ok! Only 3 star because they keep air conditioner is on and is very cold inside! I know the heating cost money but also the air conditioner! Has to be atleast normal temperature not very hot of course because otherwise you sleeping there! But is very cold inside can feel the air conditioner in my face very sytrong and very cold

   Always a good option for 5he cinema as there is ample parking. Love the recliner chairs. Good idea to pre book food as the wait on site can be long at times for items you pick from the shelf. There is a Costa coffee and a bar on site for added food and drink options.

   We saw the film 28 years later. Massive screen as well as lovely environment! Staff were great and food was reasonably priced. The reclining chairs are a great touch too!

   A very comfortable cinema with reclining seats in all screens. They have a Costa as you go in but if your early they may not be open as it would appear some staff are not good at getting out of bed! The cinema have a good range of confectionery etc to buy. They do ice-cream but only pre made tubs. We enjoyed our visit and will return to see more films here.

   Movie was good but not why I am here. If you want to watch movie with popcorn or nachos come at least 1 hour early cos serving is slower than turtle. Looks like they are really not want to work here like that been forced to work here

   This is a cinema in a leisure complex just outside of Edmonton. It's part of the Odeon 'luxe' brand. Pros: Reclining seats are actually pretty comfortable Overhanging tables make it easy to store and access your drink or snack Sound is very good, noticeably clearer than other comparable cinema chains Has a decent amount of screenings that are subtitled Cons: Cinema was dirty. It's not cheap for a ticket what with this being a 'luxe' but despite that they were not able to actually clean the seats between screenings. Upon letting staff know a young man came and did what can only be described as a half-hearted attempt at a clean. Seats were ripped. Again, this is marketed and prices as a high-end experience yet they sell full-price tickets for ripped seats (see images). There's only one set of toilets. This may sound like a nit-pick but it's just a way of comparing with other cinema chains. Most have a set of toilets near every set of screens but not here meaning you have to walk far if you need to go. The drinks and snacks are just the typical cinema fare. This might be ok for most but when it's marketed as high end you expect the food offerings to match.

   Excellent staff, clean and tidy cinema. Manager (Julie I think), went above and beyond to accommodate child with sensory issues. He left the showing over the sound (even with ear defenders) and manager refunded tickets, athen came to see how we were as we waited for others, offered to lower the volume give us seats at the back and allow us to watch for free. We ended up being able to watch the movie. She came again to check how it went afterwards. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Changed drink with no charge for child also.
