   Ordered two 6 inch subs with my partner yesterday and everything was fine, the seating areas were slightly unclean and could do with a more regular wipe around. We bought a packet of cookies to have as a treat and were horrified to find out the best before date on the packet was now a month ago! Shocking! Make sure to check your food and any dates on cookies/other food your buying if this is the type of practice they run what's to say there's other unsanitary and out of date food being served. Cookies contain eggs and milk too which could make us sick. Frenchgate Subway - Opposite Taco Bell not to be confused with the Train Station Subway.

   app had free vegan royal on. the app sent order but when you have to click your less than 5 mins away it wouldnt load. so went to counter and they said there wifi isnt working so they wernt receiving orders thats why. so if you have issues just go upto the counter and they will match the offers that are on the app if its not working so you dont miss out.

   Upon arriving I had to wait a few minutes before I was noticed, the staff were out back talking. The counter glass was so grubby with lots of finger marks on glass and the till area especially behind the till, could do with a real good clean. However the guy that did serve me was brilliant.

   Both staff, rude as anything. Chatted the between themselves, didn't even smile or acknowledge me. Sandwitch dumped on the side which looked like it hasn't been cleaned in hours. If they can't do customer service with a smile they should be in this line of work where they have no interest in. This takes the company image and brand down in my standards.
