Sadly we had to take our much loved 20yrs old tabby to be put to sleep [kidney failure] we believe. The staff couldn't have been more caring and understanding they took us straight in to a room. Then waited until we had all arrived to say goodbye in a quiet room. Tears all round still missing him but this was as nicely done as possible.

My baby parrot took his last flight to heaven, but the people from this centre did their best to alleviate his pain. The only time when I could see my baby boy as I knew him was after he got his medicine in his last days. Totally recommend their services as they were able to see me in 4 hours after calling. I really appreciate the level of empathy and compassion with which he was treated considering that many people see these birds as something insignificant. After a while, after I lost him, I received a very sweet and comforting card from them. Thank you so much for making my last boyβs days less painful. Forever grateful.

Not always easy to find a very for Birds, we have a conure and have seen to different vets here. Nothing serious just standard check ups, but lovely vets, sound advice and very reasonable. Def recommend

Well worth the drive for exotics. Kieran and Michelle have been fantastic with our birds both for emergencies and ongoing routine care. Highly knowledgeable and so caring in everything they do. There's always friendly staff awaiting you on reception who remember even the smallest of patients. You can just tell this team have great expertise and great morale, which helps to put pets at ease :-)

Both vets and nurses and admins are very friendly. Took my rabbits here for joint dislocation treatment, GI stasis and serious wounds. They took the appointment very quickly and I'm glad I changed to this vet from another. The joint dislocation treatment went very well and my rabbit is now fully healed (The successful rate in general of this type of treatment is not high, and there were high risks of dislocate again). Being fully healed is totally out of expectation. He is happily jumping and running like nothing happened. You can see the love towards your animals from the vets' eyes. They are very passionate and listen to your concerns. They were willing to run extra tests just to make sure my rabbits are fine. All the risks, complications, how necessary (or not necessary) the meds/tests/treatments are, and costs were well explained. Highly recommend!

They can be busy which means it can be hard to get through to on occasion, however, this is not normally the case. This is a small veterinary practice with a small car park but being on the main road makes it easy to find and get to. This veterinary centre specialises in birds and other exotic animals but also deals with more regular household pets too. I have had the experience of seeing Dr Earle and Dr Rivers and both are excellent vets with a vast range of knowledge. I have found staff very understanding and helpful when exploring treatment options but more importantly have found them empathetic and sympathetic when you have to make decisions about your pet towards the end of their life.

Absolutely stay away from this vets, they never call you back when you ask them too with question or for medicine, flea and worm etc. I had to take my cat twice to willows because they failed to get back to me during the day and when Iβve rang back I either couldnβt get thru or lines where busy. Staff are really opinionated and rude. And the manger does not take any negative feed back she argues with you in front of your pet and blames you for raising concerns with the vet who also hanged up in me and say you choose to come here, I was told if I donβt like it go somewhere else. I am happy not return here please note this and do not let them fail where you could loose your pet. Our pets are part of our family and this vet has just shown me they have no empathy for sick pets on an appointment , when they have a duty of care. This is honest experience of mine and I listen to other customers say the same in reception. So I know Iβm not the only one.

Wonderful staff and vets there. Very professional and helpful. Waiting area is a little small, and if you have big dogs and the room is crowded with people waiting, it could be tricky. But services are great and not pricey.
