   Absolutely amazing service, I ordered a coeliac meal and the manager was unbelievably helpful showing me all the allergy menus and reassuring me throughout. I would definetly recommend.

   Ordered the chicken breast sunset burger, it was nothing like what was advertised, the bun was more like a muffin and was over toasted, the lettuce was more stalk and just thrown on with no care taken, for £9.75 this was shocking… The staff did offer free food but we declined as the food should have been right the first time… On a positive the starters and staff were nice.

   Let’s be honest, it’s great chicken & chips. You know what you’re getting & it’s consistently good. Prices seem to be on the high side these days but what isn’t. Today, I visited with my youngest lad & it wasn’t that busy at around 4pm (Sunday).

   It was my visit after a few years to Nando's restaurant to see if it had changed, and it got worse a little. It is now self-service if you would like to order which was different before. The menu has changed a lot and took off many dishes which I liked, like salted carmel browie. The food was good, service was fine and the atmosphere was okay. The prices are not that bad could have been worse. I don't know if I would come back again, I think it is better to go there once. It is a good place for families or a casual get-together with friends, but it is not a proper restaurant anymore.

   Hardly ever visit this Nandos, but never a good experience here. There were about four tables free, but told I would have to wait until one was ready. Pointed a table out, but told that was reserved. All the tables appeared to be cleared. Perhaps diners could be seated first before wiping tables if this means a customer has to wait? It’s simply a case of doing that as it’s not silver service. I decided not to wait, as I didn’t really feel welcomed.

   Walked in with a group of friends and was told at the door we were going to be removed due to one of the staff members knowing someone we were with after waiting 30-40 minutes for a table. Sat down and ordered to then wait another 30 minutes for our food to arrive whilst staff members walked past constantly giving looks at our table. I was given my starter and my main both together. Although a lovely staff member Rebecca handed us our food.

   Foods always good and service is always speedy. Never had an issue with cleanliness here and the wait time for a table (if they're busy) is usually very short. I normally go for the 4 boneless chicken thighs with mash and broccoli with some halloumi on the side. I've found the quality is always consistently good.

   This is by far my favourite place to eat! If you love chicken and haven't tried Nando's yet, then my advice is to look no further than this place. The food is very tasty and high quality, with lot's of choice to choose from including mains, starters and desserts. There are also great customization options too, from spice level and marinade flavour to choice of sides. For drinks, you can choose between a range of bottomless soft drinks, but alcoholic choices are available too. Here, there is choice for everyone. Restaurant is very inviting, has a very positive atmosphere and is overall very clean. It is very spacious, well laid out and bright. All of their staff are very friendly, attentive and helpful. Service is quite fast, unlike some of the other places to eat nearby. Toilets are also spotlessly clean and well maintained too. Oh, and one of my favourite features of all is the inclusion of a sink in the restaurant! Very handy and great for hygiene. Something I think other dine-in places should take note of and follow suit with as I really like that implementation. Pricing is pretty decent for a place like this. A little more expensive than the nearby fast food venues, but definitely cheaper than the more upmarket restaurants in the vicinity. So I'd say it's very good value overall. Minor nitpicks are when busy, there can be a bit of wait (so definitely show up with plenty of time to spare), some are worn benches and occasional light flickering, but that is honestly to expect. QR codes on the table can be used to order, however you can go up and order at the counter if you like doing things the old way. Lack of paper menus is not a complaint at all, as I personally find that to be a great environmental benefit. Overall, I can wholeheartedly recommend this place!

   At the start we received dusty cups for our drinks, which were replaced by one of the staff members. The food came relatively soon and it was easy to order through their website for our table. The food itself in good portion for the money paid, and tasted very good. There are many sauce options available and the food tasted fresh and not dry at all. The staff were welcoming and helpful and the establishment looks excellent, making it easy to want to return.
