   Do not orderrrrr ‼️‼️‼️‼️. Ordered from UBER EATS and this place was called “ kebab and shake “ they rang up as LFC and said they had no Donna kebab funny that as it’s clearly a CHICKEN SHOP LOL ordered “ mozzarella balls “ got chilli cheese bites could cry, too top it off had mozzarella sticks well just sticks at this point as there was no cheese in them had to stuff it with my “ large fries “ that I could probably get a better portion from maccies chicken tasted like it was re fried honestly would avoid this place on here and any delivery services

   Just ordered a Variety Bucket, came 20 minutes late and missing 4 chicken strips and 8 wings. Tried ringing the takeaway and number not recognised. DO NOT ORDER from here!

   I love this place, its legendary on a night out! If your not getting nuggets on your way home your doing it wrong. I asked what the LFC stood for (drunken curiosity) LOVELY FRIED CHICKEN!!! Thank you cooker of nuggets you are always friendly, quick and delicious.

   Would honestly leave 0 stars if I could, nearly 2 hours waiting for delivery when estimated 20 minutes couldn't get through to anyone as phone constantly engaged maybe others having the same issue, if its a busy time I'd honestly go elsewhere

   Didn't give complete order. Tried to speak to them for them to keep speaking over me saying they have given what I ordered. She then told me a meal was 8 pound and that is all I apparently ordered but i was charged over 14 pound for the missing food she kept telling me I didn't order. Refused to refund and put the phone down on me. Kept putting phone down when I've tried to ring back and when did answer again just laughed down the phone. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

   Used LFC for many years, however last few meals and ordering experience have been appalling Dry inedible chicken cold undercooked fries smaller portions delivery time well over 1hr telephone orders almost impossible due to language barriers prices seem to be whatever suits. Repeatedly requested updated menu always told not yet reprinted or non available. It's such a shame as our family always enjoyed the food from here. Bad experience seems to be the norm now.

   Just ordered through Deliveroo. Have food from here quite frequently and never have any problems. Today however, wing's are undercooked with bloody veins still uncooked, chicken fillet burger all still pink and undercooked. Rang up to complain and the lad I spoke to was initially quite pleasant. But then came back to me to tell me that his boss said there is no way its under done as it reached temperature. Then said nothing they can do about it. I questionwd whether they would serve undercooked chicken to their kids even if the temp said it was ok. Dont know about anyone else but at age 37 there is no convincing me that pink chicken is safe to eat no matter what temperature it is. When I assured the guy it was indeed underdone his response was 'I doubt it, I'm just looking at other cooked with yours and they are all ok' bearing in mind it had been delivered 5/10 minutes previously. Avoid. Will never go here again.
