Pharmacist is beyond rude this is not the first time ive witnessed her in action . She had a face on her like she was sucking a lemon . Will never go back

Very Dissapointed wanted cocodamol. They sold me most expensive versions. So went back to exchange straight away and hanah the manager was rude and said she can't exchange or refund won't be going here again
Staff are vacant and in a dream. The pharmacist on duty today (Tuesday 18th June 2024) is rude, dismissive and abrupt. Quite why she spent years of her life training to be a pharmacist is beyond me, when her temperament would be much better suited to the job of traffic warden or television licence canvasser. Will drive to Lichfield rather than walk 5 mins into town in future.
Rude and ignorant. Stood at the till for 5 minutes whilst 6 staff either walked past me or just looked at me whilst they carried on doing whatever they were doing. Eventually one of them put down her papers and served me with the most miserable face you can imagine
Today I had to wait ages in the queue as only one assistant was serving and one of the customers had a problem with some items they were purchasing as price was different on till to display. After I had been waiting around 10 minutes another assistant came on the tills. This is a regular occurrence.
The staff are friendly and helpful and willing to listen to your concerns
All the staff were changed over a year ago. Now the service is not particularly friendly apart from one lady and so slow I have gone to pharmacy2U. You can wait 10 minutes inside the store only to be told to come back 20 minutes later when the prescription is ready. Used to be a pleasure. Now I don’t go in at all.
Since the lock down I have experienced that the staff are so rude, whatever happened to customer service. They could still be polite and friendly even in these terrible circumstances, but they treat you, like you've the virus.
