I came in the other day for the chemist and neither of the individuals behind the counter looked up or spoke, and both of them had a face like a fiddle.
The pharmacist is totally unprofessional, she even don’t know the benefits of taking contraception, she refuse my request ( get contraceptive pills assigned by GP ). How can she make her own decisions to ignore what GP said!!!!!
Pharmacist told me I had mild tonsillitis (over 4 weeks ago) that would go away on its own so didn't give any antibiotics and it felt as though there was a lack of care. This has led to prolonged illness and reoccurring tonsillitis which all doctors I have visited since have said could have been prevented if I was initially issued antibiotics. Customer service is also poor.
Severely understaffed and somehow a trainee pharmacist every time I visit which leads to big queue. Booked for a vaccine online, went to the store and they had run out for two weeks?
Very poor customer service. I was horrified by the level of service I received. The staff were extremely rude and barely acknowledged me. It felt like they didn’t want to be there, and it showed in their attitude. If they’re unhappy in their jobs, perhaps they shouldn’t be working in customer service. The team clearly needs retraining on basic manners and professionalism. Very disappointing experience. I will not be shopping at this store.
I have received excellent services from Olivia. I find Olivia very polite, courteous, who always goes extra mile to help the customers.
Really slow service and inexplicably closed for prescription collection every day between 1-2pm - just when most people are free to collect their prescriptions. I can see why the super drug across the road is so busy.
Good pharmacy with wide stock. Feels rather run-down though and thinly staffed.
Absolutely awful service at this pharmacy - the assistant was unnecessarily rude and unhelpful - she tried to tell me I wasn’t allowed to buy a medication I have been recommended by multiple pharmacists and have been buying for years - also offered no alternatives when I asked what I should buy instead just said ‘go see your doctor’ (as if that is an easy thing to do in the NHS at the moment). She is clearly highly unqualified for a customer service role and I will be going to Superdrug for all my pharmacy needs from now on.
I was not very impressed with the service today. I asked for supplements and where are they located and the staff member looked at me and said what? so I asked again where are the supplements? again replayed, what? It's like she did not even know what I was asking for. Vitamins, where are the vitamins. Replayed over there and did not even look at me when she responded, not great customer service will not be going again!!
