Extremely helpful pharmacist that gave advice and knowledge. Staff are very friendly and helpful whilst under huge pressure from a very busy practice.

I find this pharmacy awful to get in touch with. Was holding on for 30mins this morning trying to talk to someone, I gave up at 30mins It's terrible service although I can't fault the staff themselves.

Repeated issues with ordering and delivering. GP sends prescription to them, there is an update that the pharmacy have received the prescription but then fail to order the medication. I have spent hours of my time going in advance, prepping them that the prescription is due, watching them order it and still when I arrive to pick it up I get told they sent it back!! I have to wait another 24hrs and return. There is no appreciation for the need for medication with several occurrences of my children having delayed access to care. There is also a complete disregard for the fact that people work full time. I feel like charging them by the hour for the number of hours of work I've missed dealing with their incompetence at putting in an order and retaining a delivery. Please avoid if you can!

The pharmaceutical team are always so friendly and helpful , I've never had to wait long at all. Thank you β€οΈ I just wish the pharmacy it's self is open a little later as it is hard when you work till 6.

Can I just say I've just visited Peak pharmacy St Johns and I was very impressed. My prescription was ready (very different to how things used to be) and the assistant on the counter was cheerful and helpful. I witnessed her serving an elderly lady and she was so nice and helpful to her it was wonderful to see.

Abysmal service. Staff are rude. The delays are inexcusable. Standing in a queue of 2 people whilst they talk about holidays and ignore the phone which has been ringing for 15 minutes. They have no concept of preparation and will take a considerable amount of time, upwards of 30 minutes, getting the simplest prescription request. An absolute shambles in every way. This should be closed down and taken over by a competent pharmacy.

Hopeless, utterly hopeless. Painfully slow! Itβs like watching a teenager do something they donβt want to. They staff shuffle around the place with no sense of urgency, which wouldnβt be so bad if they didnβt mess so much up. They ignore the phone, which just rings constantly in the background. Save yourself the trouble and go to boots!

Absolutely the worst chemist i have ever been to in my life. Customer service is non existent, you stand at the counter whilst they are all milling around ignoring you. When you do get served it takes an age to find your prescription, if it is even ready. You then wait an age to get it. They never answer the phone, they just ignore it, so you have to go in to get answers to anything. You often have to go back a second time because they don't have all your prescription. Even if you leave it two weeks between ordering your prescription and collecting it. it is still not made up. An absolute shower in every respect.

So where to start with thus shambles of a Pharmacy? Every time I order there's an excuse or service is awful but today takes the biscuit. I'm on heart tablets,3 different things to help my heart beat properly. I ordered 2 sorts 1 week ago online repeat prescription. I go on today and have to wait 20 minutes in a queue of 2 people including me only to be told they haven't been made up yet. There are 7 people working there today ! Queue another 10 min wait only to be told one of my tablets is out of stock! Then when I say I need them I get a shrug of the shoulders. I explain I NEED them again , another long wait to be told they'll try and get them in before 4.30pm but ring before I come to get them. They NEVER answer the phone so this'll be fun! Absolute shambles .
