Very good service. Helpful staff and amazing delivery time! Ordered my awning on a Friday morning and it was with me by 08.20 the next day! Won’t be putting it up until march but if it’s as good as the service there won’t be any complaints! Thanks onyx outdoors
Amazing value and service. Ordered a Vango motorhome awning and carpet. Cheaper than competitors and Dan was incredibly helpful and went the extra mile to ensure it was delivered on time.
Bought a Vango Awning, sleeping Annex and assessories and got a good deal for all. Online/WhatsApp chat with Tom was ideal and he was helpful, patient and informative. Delivery was free and prompt. Not tested it out yet, but the perfect supplier, so I'm sure I'll be returning!
The guys at Onyx were brilliant really know their products well, they helped us choose a fabulous awning within our budget - no hard sell. it was great to feel the differences in the fabrics, they had so many awnings on display. We got an amazing deal with them, go and see them or call them before looking online. Our Dometic air awning is fabulous so easy to put up and take down, great quality too thanks so much. I purchased our first Awaning from Tom at Onyx Outdoors, what fantastic customer service. I had a particular Awaning in mind, Dorema Garda de luxe size 19 for our seasonal pitch. Tom was able to answer all the questions I had along with organising a personal quotation for me and sending it over. The Awaning was delivered next day, packaged extremely well which is always good for a delivery of its size, I also had a tracking number which is handy due to work commitments and making sure I was in to take the delivery. The Awaning was as promised, fantastic. If you're unsure what you're looking for or have any questions, the whatsapp service is great, and I would recommend using it.
