Super cosy with a real fire, the food was excellent we had a brie and cranberry sandwich and halloumi and roast veg sandwich, both came warm. Finished with an amazing hot chocolate. Friendly welcome and quick service. I will definitely visit again!

Haven’t been to such a high-quality café in a long time. The staff are warm and welcoming, which makes the whole visit feel special. The food is fresh, delicate, and beautifully plated even though it’s just a scotch egg I ordered – you can tell everything is prepared with real heart. Coffee and hot chocolate are both rich and delicious, definitely a highlight. What makes this café stand out even more is the atmosphere. They even have a lovely garden where you can relax, and the interior is tastefully designed. Each table is decorated with fresh flowers, which adds a charming touch. It’s rare to find a place where every detail, from the setting to the service, is so thoughtfully done. A true gem worth visiting.

Really enjoyed my visit here. The coffee was smooth and well made, and the cakes were fresh and delicious. Scott’s egg was also very tasty. I also appreciate that the washroom was clean and thoughtfully stocked with sanitary products — a very considerate touch.

Such a dog friendly cafe! Absolutely loved it here, really welcoming staff. They even have board games you can play whilst you wait. The loaded fries with added bacon were to die for and Hazelnut Hot Chocolate was fab.

This is a friendly cosy cafe with a nice outdoor seating area as well. We had delicious avocado on sourdough, and BLTs with fries, on a cold windy day. It was like a haven to be honest. There are excellent cakes and even beer on tap. We saw some other people having a sharing platter of soft yolk scotch eggs and cheeses which looked absolutely delicious. Great place for a first date I’d say!

We had a light lunch and coffee today. A beautiful location with a well laid out interior and lovely garden. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The food was good and reasonably priced. It's worth adding that we'll be returning.
