   I have been taking my Golden Retriever to Freshpaws for 4 years to get her nails clipped. She doesn’t enjoy the experience but Sharan and H are nothing short of fantastic. They work so efficiently and professionally to get them done as quickly as possible. They constantly talk and reassure my dog and let me come and be with her as well. So while I am there I see how caring and chatty they are with all the other dogs in their care! Can’t recommend them enough!

   I am extremely unhappy with the service my dog received here. My Shih Tzu came home with her nails cut so short that she was bleeding and clearly in pain. She is a rescue and requires gentle handling, yet the level of care shown was nowhere near acceptable. The groom itself was very poor quality and did not look like a proper Shih Tzu cut at all — especially shocking considering how overpriced the service was. What made this experience even worse is that when I reported the injury, the staff showed no genuine concern or responsibility. Their response felt careless and dismissive, which is alarming for a business that works with animals. After this experience, I personally will not be returning, as I need to feel confident that my dog is receiving safe and professional treatment.

   Took our little Yorkshire terrier today for the first time. Thank you for doing an amazing job he looks beautiful! Staff are very friendly too and understand what you want your pup to have done. We’ve been to 2 other places before and came out half done and looking the same. Definitely will be back ❤️

   Booked my eight month old puppy's first grooming with Fresh Paws and can't recommend them enough! The booking process was simple and the staff were all lovely - they took time to understand what we wanted when we dropped him off and more than delivered.    Really friendly and caring people there, and the only grooming place my girly doesn't mind going! Nice choice available for doggo snacks, treats, and toiletries at the reception. Always good communication and it's very clean there too.

   I've been using this groomer for regular nail clipping and whilst the service is quick and efficient, the price has consistently increased every time I've visited. In the last couple of months alone the price has risen another £2. £12 for nothing more than two minutes on the table is taking advantage, regardless of cost of living or inflation. Contacted other groomers in the area after my visit, all of which offer the same service for £7-10 so unfortunately I won't be returning.

   Took us in on short notice. They were extremely friendly and did an absolutely amazing job. So very happy with the way our Border Terrier turned out. Will definitely be returning there for our other 2 pooches. Highly recommend Fresh Paws!!!

   Highly recommend! We took Oscar into Freshpaws for the first time today and it certainly won't be the last. The staff were so lovely and did a fantastic job in grooming our little pooch. He was wagging his tail before he even spotted me at pick up and I know they treated him with the utmost care. Thank you very much!

   My 7 month old maltipoo went in today for his first full groom. Staff were lovely, talked me through everything. My little dog is nervous to leave me but they were patient and he actually ended up being really comfortable there. His cut is gorgeous, exceeded expectations and have already booked him in for his next two cuts. Added a before and after picture.
