   I asked about finance for a car not thinking I could get it, Penrican got back in touch with me saying I wouldn’t be able to due to the age of the car, they asked me to look for a newer one which I was worried about due to potentially not being able to get the finance, I then found my dream car hoping I could get finance on it. Penrican then got back in touch, accepting the finance and my dream car is now mine! Brilliant company!

   The most amazing finance company out there!! Their customer service is second to none!! They truly care about their customers, which is so rare to find in a finance company. They always go above and beyond to secure the best deals and give honest, helpful advice. We have worked with them for years and have never had a complaint. We've only ever had glowing feedback from customers about how friendly and helpful they are. Their knowledge of finance is outstanding and it really shows in when you speak to them. For us, they make selling vehicles so much easier because they take all the hard work/stress away for the customer. I have a number of issues with both the car and finance and she has always been so helpful throughout all of these challenges.    I was recently sold an incredibly faulty vehicle which broke down one week after I purchased it. After a long process of trying to get the vehicle fixed I then became aware that neither I nor Penrican had been informed the vehicle had been in a serious accident and had been completely mis-sold to myself. Penrican were extremely helpful in ensuring I received a full refund on the vehicle, and communicated with the seller on my behalf throughout the process. Consequently the trader has been banned from working with this company. I am certain that without their help I would not have seen any of the money returned, especially given the extremely uncompromising nature of the seller. Definitely a company I would recommend.
