She quickly found us the most suitable mortgage offer in a short amount of time. Throughout the entire process, Claire was patient and thorough in answering all our questions. As everyday people who don't deal with mortgages regularly, we often found some of the terms and options confusing. Claire always took the time to explain everything clearly—how to compare different offers, how to make the best choices, and so on. Compared to our first experience buying a home, we felt that Claire was even more professional and patient than our previous advisor.
