The best zoo ever! Staff are fantastic and the animals are well cared for. My only advice is to people with mobility issues as the zoo is very hilly with some steep inclines, there are other routes you can take to avoid the inclines but you will need to plan your route beforehand so that you don't miss out on any of the animals.
We had a great day the zoo is very big with lots of things to see the are places to eat but you can take your own lunch because there are places to eat your food you can also pre-book experiences which are up and close with the animals
Excellent zoo in colchester been many times animals well looked after. A brilliant day out would recommend to any one .
