⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Incredible Energy at F45 Oxford Circus! F45 Oxford Circus has completely transformed my fitness journey. Every session is packed with energy, motivation, and great vibes — the perfect mix of challenge and fun. The coaches are outstanding — Josh Joe Sophie , Bella Angus and Sam …they genuinely care, push you to do your best, and make sure your form and confidence grow with every class. What I love most is the team atmosphere. No matter your fitness level or your age , you feel supported and part of something powerful. The workouts are intense but smartly designed, and I’ve seen amazing results — stronger, leaner, and more energized than ever. It’s not just a gym — it’s a community that lifts you up every single day. …my new happy place If you’re looking for motivation, results, and incredible people — F45 Oxford Circus is the place

I’ve done a few sessions at F45 Oxford Circus and I’m really enjoying it so far. The workouts are tough but fun, and the coaches are super supportive and friendly. They make sure you’re doing the exercises properly and push you just the right amount. The atmosphere is really positive — everyone’s there to work hard but it still feels welcoming. Definitely recommend giving it a try if you’re looking for a good workout in central London.

I've been attending F45 classes for a couple weeks now and it has been fantastic! I feel so much more positive and energised for going regularly. I'll be honest in saying that I was quite anxious before starting as I am not a regular gym goer but Joe, Angus and all the trainers (sorry I can't remember their names) have been absolutely brilliant in guiding me on how to do each exercise as well as making everyone in the classes feel welcome. You can go at your own pace or push yourself to the limit, there is no judging! I will definitely look to keep going as often as I can!

Gym has a real club/team feel and gender of attendees is well-balanced. All staff are extra friendly, experienced, enthusiastic and encouraging (all fitness levels are welcome), and they also give you tips to help you improve your techniques and so increase your gains. The workouts are great, efficient and push you to the max and beyond - a wide variety of strength and conditioning exercises, keeps me fit and strong and prevents injury for other sports. You can track your effort live via a heartrate monitor on the displays. The music mix is top notch, from the 00s-20s, all tastes seem to be catered for; it's common to see people singing and dancing (and sweating) along. The place is spotless clean and well ventilated, with plush towels and shower gel to use. You'll feel welcomed into the community, supported and tired out (in a good way). I would definitely recommend it!

I joined F45 this year after starting a new job nearby. Simply…it’s my favourite gym I’ve ever been to! The trainers couldn’t be more welcoming and friendly. There’s a real community feel here, where everyone is encouraging of one another and you’re all in it together. You shouldn’t feel anything intimidating as can sometimes be gyms culture. It’s a really fun atmosphere to be in. The workouts themselves I find really effective and varied. In the past I’ve done classes where they have you doing such obscure movements where you’re not sure what exactly you’re supposed to be working. None of that here, i guess that’s the ‘functional’ element. The trainers are always attentive to help with technique and give you encouragement to push yourself. Logistically it also makes so much sense. Most gyms have such a sporadic timetable of random different classes, all at different and changing times. It really takes a lot of planning to line up a good weeks workouts. Here it’s the same class all day, every day is different, and class times are consistent. Just turn up at the same time every day, simple. I’m really glad I joined and intend to stay for a long time

The best gym I’ve been to in a long time. The trainers are so friendly and also make sure to challenge you beyond what you think you can do. It is a great community and environment and highly recommend to anybody !

I attended the Wednesday lunchtime class at F45 OC! It was a pretty full class but the coaches were still very attentive to each member of the class and I felt I got the help I needed. The coaches were super supportive and gave me the encouragement to push that last rep out even when I was exhausted. To end the class we were told to do a quick finisher of running round the block.. this was a great addition the fitness class and pushed me further than I thought I could. There was a great atmosphere in the class and despite it being my first class at F45 OC I still felt included and part of the family. Will be returning to train here whenever I am in London. Great vibe and amazing coaches.

I signed up to the F45 10 trial, I have only been twice but am definitely planning to sign up. One of the things that appealed to me was the variety of memberships, as I am only in the office two days a week I didn't want to pay for a membership I would not get the most of out. The flexible membership options are a great idea. When I arrived for my first session the trainers introduced themselves, asked my name and told me what to expect. I was paired with someone who has done a few sessions, who kept me motivated and was happy to answer my questions. The trainers suggested higher weights and checked my form while I was training, they really want to make sure you get the best out of your 45 minutes of training. All the exercises and the timer are on the screen to ensure you know what you are doing, which is really helpful. It seems like a little thing but going back for my second session and having them remember my name, when they must see so many people every day, was lovely. They create a welcoming environment that pushes you hard but they are always there to motivate and encourage you to keep going. Expect to sweat buckets, push your limits and feel fantastic.
