“Went for a birthday breakfast at the Royal Lancaster hotel, I had the breakfast buffet and was very happy with everything, the service was great, the breakfast options were plenty, with sweet and savoury there was something for everyone, please note if you’re Muslim you’ll have to request halal sausages from the kitchen as the ones out aren’t halal but glad there’s an option for that. Parking was very easy to pay for, staff were very accomidating and the food was great. “Luke is fantastic! I came to Luke with an issue with my lower back and hips which had left me struggling to do exercise and often in tears. Luke gave me practical advice, what exercises I could do including physio exercises. He helped me to understand my back issues and the healing process (including helping me with my patience lol) The sports massage was brilliant - I left feeling so much better. Luke regularly checks in with me to get updates on the progress on my back and hips and how the physio exercises are going. I would recommend Luke to anyone for physio or just a sports massage. The service, knowledge, expertise, understanding and friendliness from Luke is wonderful.”
