   I use this car park a lot, and it's usually ok hence 3 stars. Today, when I tried to leave, I was unable to get the app to work to open the exit barrier, and had very poor signal on my phone, so I pressed the intercom for assistance. The person who responded immediately told me to call Parkbee and then hung up on me. When I pressed again he mocked me by repeating my words at me, pretending to speak another language, shouting 'hellooo hellooo I can't hear you?', played videogame noises, and refused to help. At one point, he waited until I walked away before calling out “hello miss?” — only to then shout “nah byeeee” when I returned to speak. This behaviour continued for about 15 minutes, and I had no other option but to activate the fire alarm and exit via the emergency door. I'm sure this man had a really fun time, but ultimately it was just really irritating and made me late.

   A fantastic parking experience! Quick access via the mobile app, easy and secure payment, and the entire facility is spotless with CCTV coverage, ensuring a safe environment. We chose this parking spot for our visit to see the Winter Lights, and it was highly convenient. The location made it easy to reach our destination without hassle. However, better signage would be helpful for first-time users to navigate smoothly. Overall, a great, safe place to park, and we would definitely use it again for future visits.

   We were staying in a hotel nearby and needed somewhere safe and clean to park our large minivan during our stay. This car park location ticked all the boxes and more! The ease of booking online and accessing the car park via the sms link made for a great experience. Highly recommend the garage!!

   Convenient, easy to book, decent price, eerily quiet but secure... All great until the road outside was closed for an event and we couldn't get out when we were due to leave. ParkBee hadn't been told about it, although we did phone them having seen signs on nearby streets. Fortunately, we found people prepared to move the barriers and managed to escape, but it could have been a long wait.
