   I ordered £152 worth of goods on October 1st - chased and told would be sent next day , since then radio silence , website down and I have no goods and highly out of pocket . Previously been great , very concerned - update, PayPal have refunded me - I suggest anyone else with unfilled orders raises claim with your bank or means of payment

   Appalling. Ordered on 9/2/2023 and order has still not been delivered despite being told over a week ago it would be with me in 3 days. Waited in. Phoned this morning to be told items still not in warehouse, although 10 showing in stock on website. Have cancelled order and requested refund. This has now happened to two out of my four orders. Dog is on special diet and so now I have to drive 16 miles to buy from pet store.

   I always shop online with Monster Pet supplies. Very efficient & delivery is tremendous. The past three months my delivery is always the day after I order which is great. The delivery company they use is so helpful. My parcels are always heavy! No moaning & always carry them around the back for me. Well done. Happy shopper.

   Yet again for the about the 7 month running I'm going to have to phone them because they send me an email, on a Saturday when they're closed, this month saying that payment unsuccessful from the same account and card I've been using for the last few years for my repeat order for the same dog. I suppose at least it's different from taking my money and not telling me that they don't have any of the dog food and won't have for at least the next 2 weeks and leaving my dogs with none of their regular food. Genuinely useless ordering system! When you do place an order over the phone it does get delivered promptly, hence the 1 star rating! Shocking overall service. Worth paying the extra to get it direct from Green Pantry with first class customer service.

   Please read this review before buying from Monster Pet Supplies. I do not recommend using this company and I would urge potential buyers to read the 1 and 2 star ratings left by unhappy customers, which make up a worrying and significant fraction of their overall user ratings. My bag of hypoallergenic dog food arrived with a large ragged hole in it which I believe may be the result of a rodent attack, possibly the result of infestation during storage, as the black outer transit sack was undamaged. Please see photo below. The transit sack was opened outside of the companies 30 day refund period, as it was for our small Cavapoo who had taken over 30 days to consume the first and undamaged bag of food, which was ordered at the same time. Monster Pet Supplies were extremely unhelpful, apparently unconcerned and refused to replace the bag of food which is likely unfit for consumption due to potential harmful contamination and the effects of not being sealed for an extended period of time. They did offer me a 10% refund, which I refused on the basis that I would be leaving a truthful review of my experience for other people to read. Edit 20 August 2022 Interesting. You say that "all the evidence provided suggests the damage happened in transit". I've described how the outer thick black delivery sack was undamaged, and yet the inner food bag had a large hole in the side. Surely, if the damage had been caused in transit, then the black delivery sack would have been punctured also? It seems to me that the evidence points to damage occurring before transit, wouldn't you agree? Maybe you have evidence to the contrary. May I suggest that you share this evidence, as without it, your claims are unsubstantiated. Also, please advise if this expensive and potentially contaminated bag of dog food is suitable for animal consumption.

   Order very slow. Paid for next day delivery, no sign. Chased it up days later. Then I was told it would be shipped soon but I'd recieve in the next couple of days. I told them I wanted refunding since I'd paid £5.99 to have it next day. They eventually agreed and refunded (also took longer than usual). Just not great. Every negative review is regarding dispatch promptness?
