   I’d give zero if I could! Take note of the reviews and do not order from these cowboys!! Absolute joke of a company. Sent us the wrong item, then wanted to charge us £5 for the pleasure of returning it. Takes forever for anyone to bother getting back to you and we have ended up stuck with an item we didn’t order.

   I recently attempted to purchase items from your website, and unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues. Whilst the prices, when available, were very competitive, the stock notification system was unreliable and caused frustration. Specifically, I received notifications indicating that items were in stock or back in stock, only to find they were sold out moments later when I tried to complete the purchase. Furthermore, I was disappointed by the customer service provided. The decision to discontinue phone support and rely solely on email correspondence has not improved response times or effectiveness. Given the volume of complaints, I believe this approach may be contributing to the difficulties in resolving customer issues. I hope that you will address these concerns to improve the overall shopping experience for your customers.

   Ordered from here before without any issues but my last order has been a complete nightmare. Only part of my order delivered and getting fobbed off every time I contact them. Quick to take your money but don't want to help you when there is an issue

   Pretty bad experience. Took my money and showed no indication that they didn't have stock of any items. After a week with no dispatch notification I emailed them (as they have no public number) and was told that they'd process a refund after checking with the warehouse. 48 hours after that with no communication I decided that was a delaying tactic and raised a PayPal dispute to get a refund actioned.
