   Vet for Pets at kirkstall Leeds are the very best , in the time my dogs have been going there they have saved 2 of my dogs lives . They are so kind to me and my dogs in the 9 yrs they have been going there , the vets, Nurses and the reception staff are the very best and I wouldn't dream of going any where else .

   I’ve never had a bad experience with this branch. They took great care of my cat, Eliza when she was spayed yesterday and even called to let me know how she was! (that was much appreciated as I had been on edge since she was dropped off). Receptionists are absolutely lovely both in person and via phone and the vets are super even if Eliza doesn’t like going.

   Had another fantastic experience with Hazel at Vets4Pets Kirkstall. Theo went in for a sedation groom, and from start to finish, Hazel made the whole process feel calm and reassuring for him. She really took care of him - Theo was in great hands. Her kindness, professionalism, and that extra thoughtful touch (thank you for the brownie!) made all the difference. I can’t recommend her enough!

   Staff are always super helpful and friendly. We have one issue that our dog still has surgical material sticking out of his body two months after neutering and they do not seem interested when we have raised this.

   Rude vet lovely receptionist. This being the closest place I’ve got, is absolutely absurd. My dog started scratching her ear recently to the point where she’s bled I took her to the vet and I told him how she’d probably got an ear infection and saying how I was worried and asked what to do. He stood there saying nothing to me, checked her ear within 10 seconds and off to the next room handing me medication for I don’t know what. Did not explain to me what it is, didn’t tell me the diagnosis just got handed a £88 bill for a 10 second examination?? My dogs ear did not get any better mind you. I had to do my own research and buy my own ear cleaning products gladly I was able to find one that worked.

   The vet I saw was lovely. She understood financial limitations customers may have and gave constructive and clear advice as to what options were available and what option she would take and why, as a cat owner herself.
