   After a recommendation from a friend who is a long time customer, we visited Raj to design an engagement ring, I knew what I wanted and to say he delivered is an understatement. He took the time to talk us through natural vs lab grown, colour, clarity, etc. - nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend taking the time to visit Raj (& his team) and benefit from his wealth of knowledge - we’ll 100% be back for further diamonds.

   I visited the jewellery quarter in August 2025 in search for an engagement ring. I knew what I wanted for the most part beforehand, just needed the expertise and patience to help me create what I was after. I had visited 4 or 5 jewellery shops before Diamond Dealer Direct, but neither of those provided a service anywhere near what Antonio and Raj did. Honestly I cannot emphasise enough just how far above these guys are compared to the other jewellers are I visited… On my first visit, Antonio spent a considerable amount of time with me. He listened to what I wanted, and was able to immediately get close to the right type of ring thanks to his knowledge. He took the time to show me different bands and stones so I could really get a feel for what we were putting together - something that no other jeweller offered previously. We didn’t quite land on the exact stone I wanted, so the team kindly offered to speak with their suppliers. Within 2 days I made my second visit, this time speaking with Raj. Diamond Dealer Direct had again listened to me closely and had a number of stones matching the colour, price and quality - and everything else - that I was after. It was an easy decision from here on the purchase the ring. The exceptional service didn’t stop there, as they had the ring made up for me within 10 days ready to pick up. I’m incredibly grateful to Antonio and Raj for the excellent customer service, and for providing me with such a beautiful engagement ring. Thank you Antonio and Raj!

   We visited recently to find an engagement ring and saw exactly the one we wanted. Antonio was particularly helpful and talked us through all of the options for personalizing or adapting the design. He also helped us get our wedding bands, which is one thing ticked off the to do list. He was very patient and knowledgeable and did all he could to help us. The whole team were incredibly welcoming and we had just as friendly a welcome and brilliant service when we returned to pick up the rings.

   Fantastic service and great to deal with. I had a bespoke engagement ring made from Diamond Dealer Direct the entire process was smooth, efficient and really easy for me. Raj and his team were great and helped guide me along the way through the entire process. After having visited numerous other jewellers in the Jewellery Quarter area they were the only ones to offer me expert advice on the design of the ring I was after (in my case the side diamonds on my ring only had 2 claws which isn't great for security and they were the only ones to spot this and rectify it with a new 4 claw design while keeping the look of the ring the same). I would highly recommend Diamond Dealer Direct to anyone looking for an engagement or wedding ring. The whole process was professional from the design and consultation to working with me to get my girlfriend's ring size measured and delivering the final product. The ring looks amazing and we're very happy with the outcome. Thanks again to Raj and his team.

   Me and my fiancé walked into Diamond Dealer Direct 10 mins before closing, we were met by Gavin who was very patient and explained all the diamond basics we'd need to know before purchasing which was so incredibly helpful. Although the store had closed, we were not rushed at all and I showed Gavin some of my preferred options and left my contact details. Gavin had taken the time to find rings matching the description I had given in his own time, and we discussed more via messaging. I visited the store another three times trying to pick my perfect ring, and although I felt like an indecisive nuisance, I was never made to feel like one. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Raj, and he too was just as friendly and helpful. I honestly cannot fault the service provided by every member of staff, which unfortunately isn't something I can say for some of the other stores. There was no pushy or pressurising behaviour by Gavin and that was the number one reason I wanted to give my custom to Diamond Direct. I would always recommend this store if anyone were looking to buy their perfect ring, not only did they beat prices with their competitors, but I also ended up with a much better ring with a higher clarity. Overall, I couldn't fault a single thing and would highly recommended to any bridge/groom.
