I bought a Timberland watch for my partner last year November , the shipping was effecient as I was in South Africa. However, the watch stopped working three months later which I found very odd. I sent numerous emails but to this day I never received any feedback, thier customer service is horrible .
I ordered a Michael kors watch for my partner and after the first wear the strap broke so i took it to a jeweler who told me it couldnt be fixed. On sending evidence and all warranty documents and pictures was told the strap doesnt come under the warranty???? Surely the watch in its entirety comes under the warranty??? As my partner works for a law firm we will be taking this further with trading standards and the ombudsmen.. shocking customer service... UPDATE: just recieved an email back and they have again told us that the strap of the watch doesn't come under warranty and and that it would cost another £50 to fix the damage caused by faulty goods.... Honestly avoid like the plague there are far more respectable companies to use online it was a big mistake purchasing from this mickey mouse company.....
