The service was really professional. Max treats you like a friend, not a customer. They update you about the procedure and they are open and try to help you, instead of the opposite. I would repeat with them 100%
Excellent Garage. I had an issue with broken rear bumper for Skoda Octavia. I had got many online quotes for repair. For last I checked with AE Motors, quote I got here was almost half of what I had received before with any other garage. Max was very upfront and clear with the price and repair time. He also gave me my car 1 days before than he promised. I am very happy with the work. The bumper work he done is flawless and looks like it never happened. He also did quick checks for other car things like he filled in screen washer fluid (for no extra cost :)) etc. I would definitely recommend Max and AE motors for car related stuffs specially body work, MOTs etc. You could save with time and Money both with AE motors. Max arranged for recovery of my daughters car from Durham. At every step of my repair he kept me posted and informed. His communication was beyond fantastic, photographic evidence at every stage. I travelled 250 miles to pick my car up from his business and met Max and the mechanic who did my repairs. The car was delivered to Max In the terrible condition my daughter and grandchildren left it in and I picked up a car in “as new” condition. I was given a test ride , allowed to check the car over and was treated as a friend not a customer. If garages in the Northeast were as efficient as Aemotors I may have used them but I have yet to have met a more courteous and customer attentive set up. Why did I choose to send my car 250 miles for repair? I am not sure but I am so glad I did. Thanks again Max, you do a great service. Broke down in the city and was taken to A E Motors with no idea what it would be like. Max was honest and friendly and gave me good advice on a few things on my car, as well as changing my clutch and slave cylinder. Car feels smooth, feels like the guys have done a good job. Will return if I need more doing!
