Paul was so much help. We originally went to Quality Diamonds to pick a diamond for a bespoke piece that was meant to be made elsewhere but after meeting with Paul and him being so helpful and patient during the diamond chosing process we decided to get Quality Diamonds to make the fill ring. Paul kept us informed all the way through and sourced everything we wanted. The 3D print was so helpful as well. Honestly I would recommend this business again and again! I was looking for a really nice diamond to use in a piece of jewellery for my partner. I don't know anyone in the trade to guide me but I liked the clarity of QD's website and I was reassured by their diamonds being GIA certified. I bought a diamond and arranged to collect it from their Birmingham branch. I went there today, Marianne was very helpful and personable. I am delighted with my D/IF diamond and I feel that the price that I paid was very reasonable. I would recommend this company and I shall use them again.
