Very disappointed, ordered rings for wedding, wasn’t ready in time due to making the ring wrong size, took nearly 3 months and no compensation provided other than “we tried to push it faster” not good enough! I would be careful when ordering from here, they more interested about taking your money than providing a service. In response to your reply I totally appreciate the lifetime clean however I travelled to your store 3 times and your staff was not willing to size my finger but happy to play on their phones. And to add more dissatisfaction I wasn’t provided with a receipt or certificate at point of sale which I found a bit odd and to clarify the weight of the rings are not listed on the receipt.
Writing this a little late as got my ring about 3 weeks ago but had an amazing experience from start to finish with Stuti. She was so cheery and kind from the moment I walked into the store that I didn’t even want to look anywhere else. She was very patient with me and spent a good amount of time selecting bands and giving me different diamond choices. We bought the rings a little late and Stuti managed to get them made for us so quickly. Fantastic experience and genuinely think it was all down to her! Thank you again and you know I’ll certainly be back for my wedding band and other jewellery ☺️ R x
Visited The Diamond Quarter looking for an engagement ring, such a lovely little jewellery shop , lovely staff , we were looked after by Josh , who was extremely helpful , knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for him , after showing us different diamonds and designs , we ended up buying a stunning ring , will definetly be recommending , a massive thanks to Josh , you are such an asset to The Diamond Quarter.

After looking around everywhere I decided to buy a custom made engagement ring from Diamond Quarter. Olivia was great. She was extremely helpful and accommodating. Gave me lots of guidance and ideas. Before having it made they sent CAD drawing with the design I asked for and they also sent me home free of charge a wax model of the ring to check everything was as I wanted it. Honestly, I cannot speak high enough of them.
