I was contacted one hour before the scheduled appointment and informed that it could not go ahead, despite having waited three days for the booking and paid £12 for parking on the day. I was told that one of their vans had broken down, which was disappointing given the nature of their business. Based on this experience, this garage cannot be trusted.

After seeing some awful quotes for the rear discs and pads I had been contacted my the team. Booked a slot for today and was able to get to us sooner then expected. 1/2 the price and almost and hour and a half difference in quoted labour time. Car feels safer and the annoying grinding noises is gone! Very friendly and approachable for additional work.

Gareth arrived exactly at the time he confirmed. He was both polite and friendly and above all professional. He quickly replaced both the discs and pads on my wife's Mini Cooper and explained everything in detail.
