   On our first visit, to look for an engagement ring, we were helped by a lovely lady who listened to what we were looking for and offered suggestions, including to return the following weekend to view more stock. Upon returning, Katie was beyond amazing with continuing our search, listening to all of our likes and dislikes and coming up with a variety of rings that were gorgeous! Amazing knowledge of the products and so lovely to talk to, and we have walked away so happy with the ring we decided on!!

   My first visit, enquiry for my wedding ring sizing and repairs to mounts on my engagement ring. This shop, run as family business, is such a lovely find. It's displays are beautiful, a step back in time. I didn't visit the museum upstairs, but want to return. Repairs were excellent and efficient, completed while I did some shopping.

   We Bought a vintage ring from Wheate’s and after about 4 months my wife noticed one day she had just lost a stone from the ring and she was devastated as we could not find it. We took the ring back to see what they could do and they offered to replace and match the sapphire under warranty. It took a while for them to find the correct match and we have now had the ring back and you can’t tell the difference and the ring is as new. I want to say that at every stage their customer service and care has been nothing short of amazing and is good old fashioned service. We Can’t thank them enough and highly recommend them for all your jewellery needs and repairs. You can see why they have been trading so long when you receive the care and service we did.
