Collected a signet ring that required to be taken down quite a few sizes, Claire was very helpful and gave some great advice as to which size to take it to, and if it would be possible. I am extremely pleased, it even brought a tear to my wife eye as it has sentimental value. Thanks you!
Just picked my nan's ring up as it needed repairing and resizing and they have done an absolutely beautiful job! Couldn't be happier with the finished result. They do the repairs in-house which was a big thing for me, and was all done within a week and at a great price! Lovely staff who were very helpful, would highly recommend!

My husband wanted his wedding ring altering, we originally went back to the shop we had it from and they said it could not be done. We popped in Hednesford Jewellers and Claire and her sister was more than helpful. Straight away she said it could be done. We left the ring and within the week it had been done and looked absolutely beautiful. After receiving this ring I decided to have another ring altering for my husband which had a diamond in. I wasn't sure if she could be done, but again they managed to do it and it looks amazing.
Lovely friendly staff.Had been quoted about £50 to fix a gold watch at another jewellers l took it to this shop and was pleasantly surprised to collect my watch which had been cleaned and a new battery fitted cost £10.They also did work on 2 rings that l was very pleased with.Will go back here again.Thank you.
