Very happy. Gives you your money worth and good deals. Like any gold shop they have to make some sort of money. I went to the shop just down the road and was nearly scammed more than £150 also that guy underweighted my gold so all in all this is a good store.
Dealing with your staff feels like a punishment. Zero competence, zero respect, zero clue. I've seen better service from a vending machine. Embarrassing.
I must say, the experience was absolutely dreadful. The man is incredibly rude and has a disgusting attitude towards customers. From the moment I walked in. It was clear that the guy had no interest in helping me. When I asked to see a few pieces of jewellery, the guy just kept sighing as if I was inconveniencing him. Very unhelpful, unprofessional, and downright disrespectful. Not only was the customer service appalling, but the pieces were extremely overpriced. Save yourself the trouble and find a jewellers shop that actually values their customers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Absolutely disgusting behaviour, gave him a gem to add which was a big one, he said he can do the design that we showed him. We went to collect it , when he showed us we explained in a calm manner that it isn’t what we asked for! He got so angry said you don’t appreciate my work and time iv put in, he didn’t even give us a chance to ask if you can add anothe layer lift the gem up in to another round ring . He got the pliers and cut up the ring and gave us the gem back. Absolutely awful customer service do not go there . Avoid at all cost !!!!
Like others have said this guy has a MAJOR attitude problem. Thinks he can scam people and when questioned says oh you haven’t got the money to even buy gold lmao! Such a joke and yes the designs are very dated. Rhouf Jewellers on Ladypool Road has had the best designs I’ve seen so far and they are polite and accommodating (the brothers with the smaller shop front on the opposite side to the guys who had a shop with the same name…can’t remember what that shops called now but it’s changed name - oh and I just remembered they were rude aswell!)
