   What can I say that has not been said before? Excellent range of jewellery, attentive, patient and knowledgable staff. Most certainly! But they went to extreme lengths to support a very emotional customer on all visits to achieve his aim of joining his wife's 1970's wedding ring with a 2025 heavy gold ring for their anniversary. What they did not know is that they made a daughter and son in law of a Windrush passenger extremely happy. Thank you!

   We’ve bought many items from the Design Centre for over 15 years including rings, bracelets, necklaces, watches and ear rings. They are our ‘go to’ jewellers. The quality of their jewellery is second to none and always at a good price. The people that work in the centre are very friendly, knowledgable and believe in customer service and care. This is why we’ve continued to buy items for so long. We recently took several rings into the Centre for re-sizing which was completed by the next day. This was amazing as we were only in Birmingham for a short stay. We wanted to buy a new ring to celebrate an anniversary and wanted it to match an existing ring. Thanks to the experience and knowledge of Dave and Daksha this was very straightforward and a suitable ring was quickly identified. So, thank you so much to everyone at the Design Centre. We’ll be back soon.

   Popped in to look at gemstone engagement rings for my gf, they had a lovely range of all different types and styles, I spoke to Ella and another lovely woman who I can't remember her name and they both helped me find a style that I thought she would like best. As they didn't stick her size they were on the phone immediately with their supplier and gave me a price pretty much immediately of what it would cost, they even had a sale on at the time to fit my budget. I did have some issues with the cars machine and my bank however they were lovely and patient and understanding and took their time with me. I will be coming back for future gifts. As a young person it's really nice to feel taken seriously and helped. Will definitely be coming back!!

   My husband and I had the pleasure of purchasing our engagement and wedding rings from Bina at design centre. Everyone at the store was professional, helpful and friendly and the rings we bought were beautiful and of very good quality. Employees at other jewellery stores have commented on how good the quality of the stones in the rings are. We would highly recommend design centre and will be our first stop if we need further jewellery.

   I recently went to design centre in the look for a ring for my 21st birthday, Abdul assisted me and was so helpful in finding my likes and dislikes and helping me chose the perfect ring in my price range, all the staff were so lovely, a really nice chilled at atmosphere. Would 100% recommend this shop!

   Visited the Jewellery Quarter on my wifes birthday and looking something a bit different as a ring. Here we almost found what we were looking for, but they could tell it wasn't "right" and asked what we wanted. They said they could change it and managed to simulate something to show us what they thought we wanted. This was [after a few tweaks] spot on and they siad they could change it for us. We agreed the price, paid a deposit and left it with them to finish. Recently returned to collect the finished product and we are exceedngly pleased with the result. Great service, very friendly but not at all pushy [unlike some others we visited]. Our collection was on a busy Saturday, some 6 weeks later, but we were recognised and their team were clearly very happy that we were.... Super impressed - great team fab service.
