   My 3 dogs boarded at Chaiquinta for 2 days , all seemed OK when I picked them up ! I put them in the car and the smell of urine was unbelievable! We had to drive home with all the windows open! The dogs, collars and leads all stunk !! My little girl has had the runs since getting her home and very lethargic! She’s definitely not the same dog that I dropped off on Friday ! This is the first time that I have used kennels and will definitely not be using this one again !

   We took our two cockapoo's Enzo and Reuben for a taster day at Chaiquinta Pet Hotel and they loved it and settled straight away. We then booked them in for 11 days and they had a great time. They ate well and made friends with other cockapoo's too. They slept really well and cuddled up together on one bed even though they each had separate beds. They are booked in again for a couple of days in August and would definitely recommend it to any other dog owners. Top class .

   Very clean facilities friendly and knowledgeable staff. I cannot fault the care given, pictures of your pet being exercised and cared for during their stay provides reassurance. My dog has a few health conditions so I am always worried about his medications being given correctly while I am away. I have never had an issue here. The owners have a good relationship with the local vet practices and I have the confidence any issues would be dealt with promptly if anything occurred during their stay.

   Lacey just had a week at chaiquinta pet hotel. She always loves it there the staff post photos which is always nice to see whilst we on holiday. This time we booked a groom for Lacey too she loves been pampered and the groomer is excellent . The staff are caring and we feel very happy at leaving Lacey knowing she will be very well cared for.

   I have taken both of my labradors, Harlie and Bracken, here for day care and they both absolutely love it here. Harlie and Bracken were quite anxious at first but the staff were all patient with them and, by the end of the day, they were fully settled in. Neither of them want to leave and they are both in really good moods following the daycare sessions. Always had good experiences here and I am going to take them here on a regular basis. Thank you again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   We weren't allowed to have a look around, which worried us, but our minds were put to rest quickly by the staff. However, we picked our dog up a week later, and he looked terrible. Absolutely filthy, and stunk of urine (which made us so sad because he hates being dirty). He had a horrible cough and snotty nose. We called the vet out, hed contracted a bacterial infection, which required a week of antibiotics. He'd also lost substantial weight. His spine, pelvis and ribs were all prominent, compared to a week earlier, he had been a chubby, recently groomed, happy pup. We will never use this boarding kennels again, would rather cancel our holiday than put our dog back in this jail!!

   Absolutely phenomenal! Cannot recommend enough!!! Staff are friendly, professional and clearly love their job. Charlie stays for Day Care 5 days a week and strives to enter on a morning, on an evening he slowly walks away. The owners are brilliant and take a real interest in your pet, they are always happy to help. The staff are equally exceptional, they are always smiling and Charlie cannot wait to see them. So reassuring when leaving your dog for day care or kennels when on holiday. I would not take Charlie anywhere else. Thanks for your amazing care!
