   I used Lora personally on two occasions. I first knew of Lora's amazing talents through some jewellery she had made for my mum and aunt from sentimental family gold. My first interaction with Lora was to make a bespoke engagement ring for my now wife a couple of years ago. I brought along a stone I had sourced and gave a verble interpretation of what I was wanting design wise. Lora made a few sketches for me during the consultation and I was happy with what we had decided on at the end. A couple of months later I went back to collect and was thrilled with the outcome, was even better than I imagined. All went to plan and my wife loves the ring, its even nicer knowing no one else has the exact same design and it being hand made is a plus. Having had such a great experience previously I went back earlier this year to get Lora to make wedding bands for both myself and my wife from a mixture of sentinental family gold in varying carats (9ct, 14ct, 15ct and 22ct). We went to the consultation together. I had some personal requirements of having a bit of each piece in each of the rings and to get the gold carat to match my wifes engagement ring (18ct) and lower (14ct) for mine. Lora said no problem to all of that. My wife also wanted some diamonds in her band but without them taking over the ring. Lora took the time to talk through some options and showed some setting examples and my wife found what she was after. We also chose to have some personal inscriptions on the inside which Lora was able to do for us. Considering the amount of work involved and the quality of Lora's work she is very competitive. We went ahead and were thoroughly satisfied with the outcome and ready for the big day. Would fully recommend Lora for any type of bespoke jewellery regardless of your requirements, in my experience nothing was too much trouble. She did everything she said she would cant fault her service or enthusiasm at all, its great to deal with her! I'm sure we'll be back again!

   I visited Lora after a ring I had made previously did not fit well, had bent and was tinny and cheap feeling. Lora listened with sympathy to my experience. She made sure she understood everything I wanted with the ring she was going to re-make for me. She called me in for a fitting just to make sure that the new ring was comfortable and then proceeded to make exactly the ring I had wanted originally, re-using the old diamonds to save costs where possible. I was over the moon with the new ring which was absolutely perfect! Above all, Lora listened. She is one kindest, nicest people I have ever come across. I wouldn't hesitate in trusting her again to make anything else for me.

   I'm absolutely delighted with my new ring designed in collaboration with Lora. I had wanted to use my original wedding and engagement ring, along with some other family jewellery to create something individual to me and Lora came up trumps! She understood perfectly my brief and guided my ideas to something workable and very special. Lora was a delight to work with and I left every meeting with her excited to see the end result. I couldn't believe what a beautiful job Lora had done when I went to collect it on my birthday ( she made the deadline as promised). I love my ring and am so happy to be able to wear it every day. I have had numerous compliments about it and highly recommend Lora to anyone wanting bespoke jewellery.

   Lora did an absolutely amazing job of remodelling some of my Nan’s jewellery that I was left when she died. She was so thoughtful and guided me through the best choices to make sure I could wear them every day without damaging the stones or the metals in their new design.    Lora is an amazingly talented jeweler! She remodeled a ring for me for my fiancé and everything worked out wonderfully. She helped design and remodel it just as I asked and the results were stunning! She has excellent communication and customer care, making sure that everything was just right and that any problems were solved quickly and easily! Would highly recommend her as a jeweler!

   I approach Lora to manufacture a ring in January 2019. The production was completed in good time, fantastic value for money, very well crafted and I found Lora fantastic to deal with from her customer service at all stages to her exceptional integrity. I could not recommend her highly enough.
