Exceptional care from start to finish for Spud who had lots of teeth out due to a rare condition. Olivia and her team who did the procedure were excellent. 2 weeks later he has recovered really quickly and we have a happier dog. Thank you so much.
My beautiful cat Missy was in an RTA and a very kind member of the community brought her here. They were so kind and supportive, took excellent care of my baby in such a traumatic time. I cannot thank and recommend them enough. Truly wonderful and kind team. Both of my cats are now registered here, wouldn’t want them anywhere else.
I phoned this vets up yesterday and spoke to a lovely receptionist asking if they had got any appointments that day as I wanted a second opinion with my dog, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful got me booked in ASAP and got my dogs medical notes from previous vet transferred straight over to them, the care and compassion towards my dog was absolutely outstanding during the difficult time of saying by final goodbyes to my dog the complete process was explained throughout and there was no rush whatsoever from the staff they made sure my dog was comfortable and supported throughout couldn’t recommend them enough all the staff there are so friendly thank you all again for your support just in the process of transferring my other dogs into your care xx
A big shout out to Jodiemae (veterinary nurse) who went out of way, caring for our dog. She was the best and Ruby wqs so relaxed with her.
Cannot express my gratitude to all involved at Croft’s vets. My girls needed to be neutered to comply with their certificates of exemption. Some complications arrived and I couldn’t find a solution, high or low no matter how much searching. Got recommended this specific vets on a Facebook forum. From the second I explained the issue they couldn’t have been more accommodating. It’s a fair drive 2 and abit hours but I won’t hesitate making that journey whenever necessary purely because I know my dogs will be treated there asif they’re the vets’ own animals. The Actual surgeon who did these procedures is clearly very very talented at what they do. Receptionists are lovely. Along with all the staff who see you and your pet. Over a month post op now you would never tell they had an operation. Healed perfectly and quite literally saved their lives. For which I will forever be grateful.
We have 2 dogs and 2 cats. Croft vets have looked after our pets for many years. They are excellent vets and very caring and loving with our animals. I would not go anywhere else.

This has been my vets for a long time, back when they were in the marketplace. They are very good with my rabbits and all the staff are polite and helpful. The only downside is, they are quite expensive compared to other vets in the area, especially after moving to brand new premises, with a consultation now costing £40 and a rabbit vaccination costing £60. It's beginning to get to a point where I may have look at other vets as although the service is good, it's becoming difficult to afford to come.
This is a hard Review as the Vets is amazing. The vet we have seen both times have been the best and overall the cost hasn’t been to bad. My only criticism would be giving me eye drops for my cats conjunctivitis. The printer label saying for Animal use only but the box having human instructions on it and the leaflet inside being for humans. I could have gone to the chemist and brought the exact same stuff for £30 less… I get businesses have to make a profit and pay for the best staff but I think this is wrong…
My cat had dental work at Crofts. Very happy with them, it cost almost half what was estimated at another leading vet. my little ginger man was well looked after. thankyou to all at crofts. Paul Cosgrove
