   I took my big fluffy cat to the vets as an emergency. He was booked in for a certain date but the lump on his face burst so i called and got an emergency one instead. He was booked in straight away, the staff were friendly and the vet who helped him was really nice. Really thankful for there support. He is now resting

   Took JJ to get his claws cut for the first time expecting much drama from a cat who only does things on his terms. Very apprehensive for the nurses anticipating cat screams and hissing. Five minutes later he was back and all done and apparently behaved lovely (you traitor JJ!!). Very happy with this clinic and can thoroughly recommend.

   Absolutely awful creature supposedly in charge of the receptionists on the front desk called 'Nat'. Horrible to deal with and extremely rude. Won't be giving this place my business purely because of her bad attitude. Great way to put off a new customer. It's worth mentioning the downright criminal pricing they have in place too. Recommended two items by their vet. Charged around £50 for each item. Both are available online for a total of £30. That's a £70 mark up for absolutely no reason other than the greed of The Pet Vet brand. Avoid if you can.

   Huge car park Big waiting area with products available to buy. Good doors that require a button to be pressed to exit no dogs running off from here. Friendly staff Went for a second puppy injection and didn’t do the same brand as my puppy had new person on reception unfortunate error- not a big deal Professional service still with the above issue

   We sadly used the vets when visiting family and our elderly dog (who had cancer) took a turn for the worst and it was clear it was time to let him go. The service we received was 5*. From phoning to book the appointment to attending the appointment, all the staff were professional and compassionate. They couldn’t have been nicer and made what was a horrible event a little bit easier to deal with. We also received a sympathy card with a few memory gifts from the vets which was absolutely amazing. I can’t recommend this vets enough.
