We have been with Charlesworth vets since 2002 and have never had a problem. They are professional , well staffed and appointments are generally prompt. We would highly recommend it.

My dog was diagnosed with Campylobacter bacteria and was given medication for a week. Unfortunately this didnt clear up, so I took her back for another check up and medication this was on a Thursday. It now Monday and they said the medication is not with them as their supplier as let them down, and it will be with them on Wednesday. So my dog as to wait for nearly a week for medication. This is unacceptable and they should start reviewing their suppliers ( if that was the case )

This is an excellent place to bring your beloved pet. They have saved our dogs life after a poisoning scare. Successfully treated him for cancer and have administered pain relief for arthritis. Our dogs quality of life has been greatly improved through working with this vetinary practice and especially one of the vets at the practice Maia.

Made the heartbreaking decision of having our pet euthanized even more heartbreaking. Vet very unsympathetic. Left us waiting half an hour and then asked us the history of our dog and when she had started being ill despite me having already explained all this prior and them knowing her health diagnosis. Then made my very poorly dog walk around whilst she prodded and poked her. Extremely unsympathetic after she had passed and just wrote the bill. Promised a footprint which never came. All round an absolutely horrendous experience made 100x worse
