   Booked my pup for his first appointment, got a reminder text in my ex husband’s name so when I got there I asked them to change the name on my account. Receptionist was incredibly rude and told me that my ex-husband is the owner of my puppy and she would need to ask his permission. I haven’t spoken to my ex husband for years, he definitely is not the owner of my new puppy. Tried explaining this and the clever receptionist asked me for my ex husband’s phone number as she would have to ask his permission. OK Medivet, I’ll find myself another vet and save myself from dealing with your patronising and rude reception staff!

   The vets and staff here showed a huge amount of professionalism and compassion during our final time with our faithful rescue dog, Stella. Their 24 hour service proved invaluable when out dog needed urgent attention and subsequent treatment.    My experience has only ever been positive. I have always been dealt with kindly and recently quite sympathetically and compassionately after losing a dear pet. They gave him care and love and a dignified passing. Even their empathies after his passing was above and beyond. Not just in a professional capacity but also from a human standpoint, they showed real fellow feeling. They really care about the animals they treat and the people that own and love them.    Would not recommend, I took my puppy in on Sunday 22/1/23 for an emergency appointment, he was sent home for a tummy bug? I took him to my vets today 23/1/23 to find out he had parvo, he was hospitalised immediately however he lost his fight words can’t describe the pain I’m feeling and the sadness that’s been left behind
