   I went to collect a prescription and they left off an item. I realised when I got home and tried to call them. They did not pick up the phone. I tried for 45 minutes and called a total of 76 times with no answer. I drove down there and stood outside, seeing they had no customers in the store. I then called them and they STILL didn’t pick up. I went inside and heard the phone clearly ringing and was yet again ignored. Yet when I asked why, they said “the phones are turned off on Saturdays”. I’d have believed if I hadn’t just heard their phone ring and also, surely you should advertise this fact? If your phones are turned off, they shouldn’t allow anyone to ring at all. As soon as I mentioned the phone line the assistant’s attitude became very sour and dismissive. Poor customer service. I’m so angry. I won’t bring my custom here again. They have “save our pharmacy” signs in this store, perhaps some better customer service will save your pharmacy. This isn’t even to mention times they’ve ordered in medication for me that didn’t arrive when I desperately needed it that day. Zero call to let me know it didn’t arrive, leaving me to yet again have to drive all the way there to have this communicated to me, giving me next to no time to find an alternative pharmacy that has it in stock before the end of the day. I hate leaving negative reviews, but I have to in this case.

   Terrible place to deal with. Never answer their phone,and there is a lot of staff,so it means I have to visit to be told they don’t have my wives prescription ready. Never contact us when it is in,always low in stock,always have to revisit for remaining items. I have seen lots of customers being treated poorly with disrespect by head pharmacist,very argumentative. Now go to another pharmacy up the road,lovely and very professional to deal with.

   Absolute ace pharmacy, always messages when my prescription is in, very helpful when I've had minor issues like tonsillitis and sprains. Delivers on time all the time. Nice friendly warm and welcoming staff

   Hive pharmacy is able to get a prescription for me that other pharmacies aren’t able to get hold of at all. Recently it has been tricky to source and when I have phoned them for an update they have helped me find ways to work around the shortages - eg taking two smaller dose tablets they were happy to arrange a prescription for instead. I really appreciate this.

   A few years ago this chemist was really good,but not anymore I have prescriptions on repeat but when I go to collect them they are always short and get told that there's a shortage with manufacturers. I was told my last prescription would be in the next day i said to receptionist could you release it and i go to another chemist i was reassured it would be here next day it was not so now I have to go to another chemist to get it.The last time this happened I went to another chemist they said the hive haven't released it so they phoned the hive but they didn't answer the phone so I had to go back to the hive and tell them could they release the prescription and that your not answering your phone, I was told phone isn't working,but It does work as it was ringing while I was there but nobody picks it up .I don't drive so when this happens I have to either get buses or ride my bike. Also If you say anything they are abrupt ,snappy or defensive

   Ordered 4 perfumes from them online with the promise of next day delivery, they did not arrive so after a few days I phoned them up and asked about my order, the lady was very friendly and explained two of the perfumes I ordered were out of stock and that they need to order them from the distributor. She was very apologetic and that as soon as they arrived she would send them out, which she did do! I received my order the day after she had said they would receive their shipment. The reason it is not 5 stars is the website needs to show when a item is not in stock before a order is put through, or at the very least, an email should be sent out to say that one or more items that is included in the order is out of stock otherwise the customer is left in the dark with what it happening.

   I would say the same as everyone else's complaints. I placed an order for a perfume on the 11th February and I did not receive it. Contacted them multiple times and no reply. I'm currently in the process of getting my money back via my card provider. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

   Would echo other complaints, also check trustpilot for the same issues. It's dangerous to promise 24 hour tracked delivery for medication when that is so clearly not what they can fulfil. They also don't respond to repeated email requests.

   As other people reported below, I also had the issue of placing a £50 order one month ago for a 24h delivery. They took my money and never dispatched the item. I’ve clntacted them mutiple times through their contact form and their contact emails, but they never answer. I will report the scam to my bank. Avoid

   Absolutely shocking service. Ordered perfume from them on December 9th , they promised next day delivery, but surprise, surprised it didn’t turn up . After many attempts to try and contact them. Had to go through my credit company to get a refund. Avoid this company at all costs. Big Rip off
