I am so thankful for the treatment my dog and I received today both medically and emotionally. My dog dislikes the vets so much not from an experience at Two Counties but elsewhere. They’ll took the time to put her at ease today treat her with understanding and she left a little less anxious and suspicious of the vet. Thank you x
We have used these for years now and previously when Mr Spittlehouse was the vet, all my dogs have always been treated well and I would not take them anywhere else, super friendly staff, not a scary laboratory type place either, more like your own house which seems to be something my dogs find very inviting and have no issues about going in to.
I changed from another vets to two counties 4 years ago. They were totally amazing with my poorly bull mastiff and bull mastiff Cross. I always feel everything is well explained and they are so helpful. They don't charge over the odds either which is a refreshing change after moving from a well know chain who were awful x

I can’t recommend them enough. For simple routine check ups to surgeries. They’re such lovely, kind and caring team. And when we had an emergency they were with us every step of the way. Caring for our pet and his recovery was their priority. Also recommend PetPlan insurance
Fantastic surgery and team. I rung at 8:45 in the morning for my hamster who had a massive open sore. I got to see Eleanor at 9:30 and she had my prescription ready within an hour so by half 10 it was all done for a very reasonable price as I feared it would cost a lot of money. I needed to ring back as I spotted an abscess which Eleanor called me back about and gave me some more advice. He’s already showing signs of being much better now in such a short time. He’s letting me pick him up again without squealing so a vast improvement. 5 stars and would recommend to anyone :)
