I have never known a vet support me as the owner and care for my girl as much as during my experience for emergency surgery. It is as though she was also part of their family. I love how excited Ximo is to phone you with updates , he really understands how you feel and I honestly could not have asked for more

The vet and nurse were both excellent with my dog. The vet was very thorough in her examination of her injured leg, the probable causes and how to treat it. She explained everything fully and also the reason for her yarking. It was a positive experience.

We inadvertently left a mince pie within the reach of our dog Albie. Knowing this could be a real problem, we rang Vets Now to get him in. The receptionist was brilliant, taking all the details in a calm and friendly manner, unlike myself, and after giving us the address, even told us how long it would take to get to them. The service on arrival was again, excellent. They got him sorted out and I was informed exactly what they were going to do, and what they ended up doing. All things considered, and excellent outcome all round.

NEVER been to a more friendly and knowledgeable surgery. The staff were amazing and were ultra thorough. They saw my anxieties and took the time to assure me that my pup would be ok. Honestly, I wouldn't even complain about the out of hours/ emergency fee...it was worth every penny, and I would pay it again happily for a service of that standard. Highly highly recommended.

The care received from our recent visit was good and an immediate diagnosis of the problem. The cost however.... :( I know it was out of hours and I understand that to staff a surgery at the weekend and nights is likely costly however almost Β£1000 to treat 2 dogs I found was quite exorbitant which is why I have only given 4 stars. I do understand the concept that the surgery remains open whether or not emergencies come in and the costs are suffered nevertheless but I did think that with 2 dogs suffering from exactly the same ailment (stoned after they ate cannabis product that has been dumped in a field), that more could have been on the cost side. But as with all vets, they are a business and will set their rates as they see fit.

Our Akita presented with a gastric torsion on Christmas day 2022. The team at vets now Kirk sandal we’re incredible. We made the call from the car and within thirty minutes our boy was in the operating theatre having his life saved. Anna was incredibly thorough, her needlework is impeccable, and post op the team were wonderful with him. No dog has ever received more cuddles than our boy during his care. Yes, vet care is expensive. Emergency care is even more so, and we were not insured. Regardless, the team gave their absolute best to save his life and returned him to us only when they were certain he was fit to leave.

We had an emergency situation with our dog over Christmas and the service we got and care our dog received was outstanding. The team were brilliant. Keeping us up to date and informed and taking amazing care of our dog for us. Ultimately getting him through a difficult period and back on the road to recovery. I would whole heartedly recommend Vets Now without hesitation.

These are the most considerate vets I've ever come across in all my time of having pets. The care and attention paid is second to none. We sadly lost our beautiful biscuit a few days before Christmas as she was very poorly and the two ladies we saw I can't thank enough for their support at such a difficult time for myself and my young daughter. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your time and heartfelt condolences and also the lovely card we received.

Fantastic emergency out of hours care provided at very short notice. Also prepared all the relevant documentation for claiming on insurance immediately and without prompting. Vet and nurse were fantastic with my cat and he remained entirely calm and relaxed throughout the experience
