   Do not waste your time going to them. I contacted one of their solicitor Eloise Stirrup about my case with documents to know if that would be something they do. She told me to go through CLA to get advice before coming to them which I did. All of that to finally tell me they will not deal with the case after they received the funding. Very useless and disrespectful, now I can’t use the service as I waisted my credit with them. Handsome !

   We recently spoke with members of the Helpline team regarding our legal situation. The helpline team largely do not listen fully and are quick to point out the fact that we would not have any standing without hearing the full story. Experts in Google law, they interupt frequently, mid sentence, quickly letting you know that they aren't legally qualified....as if you couldn't already tell from their inept telephone manner....quite unprofessional.
