Absolute shocking service- I strees di not use these solicitors - soul destroying waste of timers! No contact for weeks at a time- unprofessional- unhelpful- dwindled the time down and moved the goal posts at every opportunity until time ran out.
Following a death in the family, Russell & Russell Horwich is dealing with their estate and I have never known a solicitors to be so ignorant and rude. Emails get ignored, they hold on to money from the estate when it is not theirs to hold on to for weeks presumably to gain interest in their own bank account. It takes so long to get any answers or anyone to deal with queries. I find them very unprofessional. I would not recommend them to anyone, we have to stay with them but not through choice.
Fantastic throughout the process of buying my first home. Clear communication, answered all questions I had and kept me up to date with any changes. David and Blessing were fantastic.

I would give zero stars if I could. As a corporate financier I work with lawyers every day and know the system so I like to think I'm not a novice. Initially they got off to a great start sending initial enquiries quickly - I responded same day - from then it ground to a halt. Anyway 2 months later after self manufactured delays we completed - yet accounts were overpaid and one account totally missed and funds send to wrong accounts - they proclaimed completion. Hallelujah but I dared to complain about their mistakes. Kelechi was abusive to my wife about rectifying their mistakes. He talked down to her and consistently speaking over her - my son witnessed the whole conversation and concluded she was incredibly calm given the catalogue of blunders
We were in the process of updating our will. Emma Wood was the solicitor we had the pleasure of meeting. We can’t thank Emma enough for the advise and a lot of clarification on what was true and false when making a new will or updating an old will. Compared to other solicitors I’ve used who actually do what you pay them to do Russell and Russell shouldn’t even be practicing. I’ve you want a good solicitor go on trust pilot. What a difference it has made for my transactions (house purchase). If you want to be ignored, stressed out, ripped off etc etc use Russell Russell or if you want a solicitor who goes above and beyond in every sense of the word get on truspilot. These are based on “real” customers reviews and not some fake positive ones that they have concocted on some dodgy website. For your own sake don’t use them.
