   Do not use this company!! We are currently in an 8 month long property chain and these are our buyers solicitors (Atherton branch). They are awful communicators, never answer the phone and they don't even respond to our solicitors who have reached out daily for months! They even proposed a completion date which everyone agreed to, then the day before completion they said it wasn't possible. More than a month has passed since that failed completion and we have heard nothing of a new one! They have blocked the chain and we will be seeking advice from the Financial Ombudsman.

   Had an appointment booked for a 9.30 telephone conciltation I sat waiting and No one phoned me. I rang at 10pm to see what was going on and they said I would be called back at 12.30. I did not hear anything all day. Today was my only day off work and I waited for this important appointment since last week. If I would have known I would have booked elsewhere for an appointment today.
