Do not join this gym or set up a direct debit with them, terrible customer service, super hard to contact them amd when you do they send you from pillar to post. Will 100 percent say anything to sign you up. To try to contact these people is a job in itself! My weight lifting belt was stolen first day.

If you are Under 16, don’t go to this gym!! Incredibly frustrating- paid for a whole years membership on the basis that I could use the gym at all opening hours (6:30am-10pm weekdays and 7am-5pm weekends), went today at 7:30am and was refused entry as there is a new rule that u16s can only use it 1 or 2 hours a day in specific time slots (4-6pm weekdays, not sure about weekends) I don’t feel this is fair when I’ve paid for a full membership just to cut the hours open to me to only one or two hour time slots a day (I can no longer go in the morning) but understand its out of their control. It’s a shame as the personal trainers here are brilliant, and equipment is decent, but no good if we can’t use it. Thinking of switching to gymgroup for next years membership to avoid the hassle.

I don’t really know from what point to start …! If should be an 0 star i should give 0 bcs they really does not deserve even 1 star is to much for the pool … at the reception they are completely 0 they don’t have idea about the swimming lessons ,teachers they don’t even know the staff the teachers names … second the Teachers and Lifeguard are in very joung age and most of them talking all the time with each other and does not really look to the children … i am scary to leave my child under their attention as by a moment they can drown in the pool as their mind is not to the children but talking and laugin to each other … Swimming instructor with trainers outside the water and children indide the water …. Is that a new method teaching???? Terrible …..!!!(a young boy i unfortunately don’t know his name … (his sister also working in the front office same 0 idea about slots and teachers ) Swimming instructor Georgie a jung girl she must definitely not been working there i watch her since 2-3 months she never teach the children except 5 minutes in a 30 min slot and all the 25 minutes talking to her collegues and laughs not even care about teaching the children and most of the time she leaves them unatended definitely she should not be a swimming instructor she is boring all the time boring to live her life imagine how boring she is to teach the children … you must got the licence from her !!!that swimming pool supposed to be one of the best but sutton coldfield does’nt deserve it !!! Change completely the teaching staff except Mr Mark and the (Chinese guy swimming instructor sorry i don’t know his name )and all the other staff front office and swimming instructor they are not doing absolutely NOTHINGGGGG! We definitely pay for nothing !!!! Other parents has the same opinion and definitely they going to look for another swimming leisure !!!

Roller Disco on Saturdays 15:30pm - 16:30pm Average hall size but makes up with the staff teaching the public. From slalom (going in and out of cones) to party games like limbo It’s base indoors ( the badminton court) and with the lights off; has a great party feel with the disco lights on. Skaters change directions every 10/20mins to skate and the Marshalls skate along helping those that require tweaking their skating skills. For friendliness and family atmosphere 10/10

£10 for only 40mins of badminton. Absolutely, gratuitously, ridiculous!!! Now going to Doug Ellis, Perry Bar, £8.50 for a full 60mins. Now come on, think about it, is 40 mins really anough?

We use the gymnastics class. My daughter absolutely loves it and has been attending for years but it can get a little repetitive. Staff are lovely though, so good with the children!

First time I'd been to Wyndley in years and it looked fabulous. Very well maintained compared to some other council run leisure centres (or is it Serco, I'm never sure).

Good variety of machines and some free weights. Broken machines get fixed reasonably quickly. Music is not too loud, so noise cancelling headphones let me listen to what I want instead. A range of fitness classes are available. Changing rooms and showers are ok. Prices are reasonable. Free car park a short walk away is shared with other things on the site but has enough room. The only thing that might not work for some is the 5pm closing on weekends.

Great staff. A place to get active and socialise. Loads of fitness classes to enjoy. Stretch classes and yoga highly recommended. The gym is very spacious and as loads of equipment quiet in the day time. Loads of things for kid to do And there's a Costa too . For the catch up chat after your all worked out .
