I was a little worried about putting my rescue Lakeland terrier, Billy, in kennels but I hit the jackpot. Dot and her helpers are the best. They've really looked after him and he's come home well fed, fit and healthy. Brilliant, highly recommended.
Great staff, lovely and clean. Loved the fact that we were given the choice for Bonnie to share play area and conservatory( full of sofa's, ) with other dogs as she loves the company will definitely be our go to Kennel.
I was nervous when I took them In July the first time ever kenneled my dogs they were amazing when I got them back looked after first class save and clean they going back Tom and I no they are well taken care of and I'm happy to leave them there .thankyou dot and your team tamazing
My dog has just been here for a second time, they do a great job and she's been really happy both times.
Dot is so good, she knows her dogs and ensures they get the care and attention they need. She is absolutely brilliant. We acquired a rescue dog who Dot was so protective about... can't ask for more.
Used them for the first and last time! Our dog came back absolutely stinking. I have no idea what the smell is. We've bathed her 3 times but can still smell it. I wouldn't recommend this kennel.
We have used the Hollows Kennels to look after four generations of our West Highlands Terriers. Dot the owner has built a fabulous business over a number of years because of her total dedication to the welfare of the animals in her care. Her staff who work at the kennels are a friendly reliable team who share Dots values. If you want absolute peace of mind that your pets are well looked after while you are away then the Hollows is the place for you. My 5 star rating of the service provided by the Hollows is thoroughly deserved.
Took my golden retriever there and Dot was amazing. Really can’t thank both her and Steve enough. They went the extra way for him. This was the first time I had left my golden and they were amazing. My golden adored them. They really go the extra mile and then some. Amazing facility and my boy had the best time ever.
I have boarded my 2 dogs here on many occasions. They are always happy to see Dot and the staff here and we have peace of mind that while we are away they are well looked after. The fact they are always so busy and usually booked up well in advance is testimony to the fact that they are doing an amazing job. And as for the 1 negative review on here, get a grip you absolute idiots. Dogs get walked here regularly and if they come home smelling a bit, that's because they've stayed in a kennel you idiots!! Hollows is the best Kennels I've ever used, end of!!!
I have used this kennels for the last 12 years, Dot and the rest of the staff are amazing and I can’t believe some of the reviews, my dog is a Neapolitan mastiff and he spent his week whilst boarding on a sofa in one of the conservatory’s he loved it! My dogs have always come home clean, well cared for and well fed. Dot has cared for my currrent and previous mastiff and I wouldn’t have taken them anywhere else or have trusted anyone else to care for them. All my family members now take their dogs here and never once in all the years we have used Hollows have we had an issue or cause to complain. Keep up the good work guys.
