   Always a pleasure working with MBH. As an estate agent, it can be frustrating when a seller or buyer choose a slow, poor conveyancer. When a client chooses MBH, I never have to worry about that. The communication is always great from Caroline and her team!

   Poor communication. Everything was done online or by email. Never actually got to go into the office and speak to the solicitor directly which we found quite strange. Documentation was supposed to be passed into a main reception in the investment centre, something we weren't happy in doing. Any questions that we wanted to ask went through the solicitors secretary via email or a phone call, we had to chase things up all the time. We felt like they thought they were doing us a favour.

   Do not use for divorce! Shocking service from start to finish. Unprofessional, conflict of interest and unknowable of family law (lack of knowledge could have be due to conflict of interest, but either way very unprofessional and shocking service). Seemed to just add to the bill, but with nothing to show for it. Tried to get me to settle multiple times for next to nothing. Stopped using these as was more hindering than helpful. Was able to settle for over 3x the amount Mccarthy Bennett was pushing for me to settle at. Don't get stung by these con-artists.

   These are by far the best conveyancing solicitors around. They are incredibly thorough and very quick, the stark opposite of the big corporates I’ve encountered. Caroline Rooks is the solicitor on my conveyancing for a buy to let. She always responds immediately to my many many queries and has really helped me to get my mortgage over the line with an incredibly tight deadline. I would not use anyone else and without her help it wouldn’t have been done in time. I strongly recommend!
