Very poor service. Was promised a response by last Wednesday, Thursday at the absolute latest as case was time sensitive. Despite trying to call several times and emails being sent, solicitor constantly 'away from desk' or 'in a meeting'. Don't set expectations you can't meet.
I could not recommend Catherine @ Mark Reynolds more highly, I urgently needed a document certifying for the sale of my house that Catherine was NOT dealing with, she immediately made time for me and I was able to get the document certified within 30mins of initial contact.
