   I recently completed on my first home with Dootsons. Special thanks to Adele who has been absolutely amazing! As a first time buyer, I had a lot of questions but Adele was always available and gave me regular updates throughout the whole process. The process was a long one at 6 months due to the sellers solicitors but Adele never stopped chasing & submitting everything on time for which I am very grateful!    Glacially slow to respond and need chasing constantly, even for simple tasks. Feels like you’re dealing with solicitors back in 1897 when they were established. Things move fast these days and if your solicitors aren’t doing the same then you’re just slowing things down. This goes for the property side of things. I’ve used them for wills before and they were fine. After the time lost chasing them recently I won’t be using them again though. Glad I’m not using them for the sale of my house! The reception staff are very polite and professional.
