   I would like to express my deepest gratitude for the incredible kindness, professionalism and care you have shown me this week. On Tuesday evening, after my swimming lesson, I realised that I had lost my earrings — small and very precious to me. I reported the loss to Jane at reception, who listened attentively and treated my concern with great understanding and seriousness. Then, on Thursday, I was amazed and deeply touched to receive a phone call letting me know that the divers had actually found my earrings at the bottom of the pool. I want to sincerely thank Jane, for her kindness and prompt action, the lifeguard, for the effort and dedication in searching for them, and to warmly congratulate and thank the divers for their extraordinary work, patience and professionalism. Your entire team has shown not only great skill but also genuine care for your members — and that means a lot. It’s rare to meet people so thoughtful, efficient and compassionate.    I went looking for a place to swim and payed them a visit. Staff seemed polite, helpful and answered my questions. However looking at the pool from the entrance it looks like outdoor shoes are permitted in the pool area judging by the colour of the surrounding drainage of the pool. Maybe in a few weeks time I’ll repay them a visit as they may have had a busy day with no cleaners. (My review will change accordingly)

   Only went to swim. Recently refurbished so everything is in good order. Changing rooms are clean and showers were all working. Swimming is also restricted to 75mins and if you enter half way through the session you might only get 30mins

   Can use diving boards at duncan edwards but not at halesowen even though its half the depth at duncan. Got told i wasn’t trained hahaha 33 years old and told i needed training and to be supervised to dive a foot higher than the edge you can dive off anyway make it make sense.

   Potentially excellent facilities, the staff are friendly and helpful. Sensibly priced cafe but food is sometimes good, sometimes could do better. EDIT: Sadly the changing rooms and poolside are dirtier on every visit. Today parents / guardians were walking poolside with outdoor shoes on creating a wet trail of dirt from the changing room to the swimming area. Staff are friendly but seem ineffectual at controlling the dirt. On the last 2 weekday visits the pool was advertised as being fully open. In fact only half the pool was in use. The reason given was staff shortage and insufficient demand, however the number of people in the water made a nonsense of this reason. Almost impossible to swim without being kicked or getting in someone's way. The newly printed timetable (mid Feb 2023) just says that only part of the pool may be in use. The website is totally out of date regarding this. Such a shame for what could/should be an excellent facility.

   Helesowen Leisure Center has undergone renovation and enhancement. Visitors are welcomed by the pool in its new form. The main gym is crowded and well-equipped, but the coffee shop and kids' play area are wonderful bonuses. Both the wellness suite and the staff are excellent. The centre is well-kept, bright, and clean. The wheelchair-accessible center's restrooms were spotless. The town of Halesowen gains a lot.

   Went there for my grandson's birthday party. It was very well organised. The place is bright and airy and very clean. The staff do an excellent job. The food served was very good and the service was excellent. The toilet was spotless. There is good wheelchair accessibility.

   The refurbishments are really great and the centre is no more welcoming. I love the fact that you can see the pool when you enter the centre, great coffee shop and play area for young children. Main gym brilliant but can be very busy. The wellness suite is a great addition. Staff are great.

   Pool is open now 4 stars!! Very good community facility used by all age groups. Gym facility excellent and I've enjoyed some yoga classes always made welcome even though I'm a complete novice.
