I’ve been to the ladies classes as well which really do work you hard and are great fun! “Only started last week but the sessions are excellent, I am brand new but the other students I have been training alongside are black belts or working towards and are all very supportive. I suffer with severe negative body image, depression and anxiety but can't tell you enough how amazing everyone is. I feel very well supported and welcome here. I have seen many posts about price, yes its a fair amount but at 2 sessions a week works out at £10 a session and for the experiance and support that to me seems well worth it.”
