I’ve been to the ladies classes as well which really do work you hard and are great fun! My son goes to the little kickers class which he loves and looks forward to every week, he leaves with a big smile on his face and always shows us what he’s learnt Highly recommend to everyone!”

“Only started last week but the sessions are excellent, I am brand new but the other students I have been training alongside are black belts or working towards and are all very supportive. I suffer with severe negative body image, depression and anxiety but can't tell you enough how amazing everyone is. I feel very well supported and welcome here. I have seen many posts about price, yes its a fair amount but at 2 sessions a week works out at £10 a session and for the experiance and support that to me seems well worth it.”
